GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Hours: Full-time, 40+ hours per week.
Location: Beddy’s offices; 5491 Hammerfest Dr. #201, South Jordan, UT 84009. Must live in Utah. Regular in-office attendance is required on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Work remote is available on Mondays and Fridays.
Pay: Dependent upon experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Consult with Sr. Director, Brand Management and Sr. Graphic Designer/Creative Lead to create compelling and engaging designs that reflect the brand
- Take direction from written and spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into images, layouts, templates, and other designs
- Contribute/design aesthetics for the company, including marketing campaigns, social media content, and website design.
- Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience to create cohesive, brand-specific collateral.
- Ensure a cohesive brand image throughout all collateral
- Take work from concept to final execution within deadline
- Implement and monitor brand and style guidelines
QUALIFICATIONS
- Hustle and exceptional work ethic are a must
- 2+ years in professional graphic design
- Proficient experience with InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Understanding of file preparation and basic HTML & CSS languages
- Adaptive design eye and skill
- Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong visualization and mock-up skills are necessary
- Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
