The Role 
As a member of the creative team, your contribution to the organization will be to leverage your background and experience to give all our partnerships a creative voice from our Charlotte, NC headquarters.  

Responsibilities 
  • Create & design eye-catching and attention-grabbing emails, social media posts & blog assets  
  • Development and management of Venue Maps & Seating Charts 
  • Collaborating and communicating effectively with Lead Designer & entire marketing team  
  • Prioritizing and managing multiple projects effectively and efficiently 
  • Ability to adhere fully to multiple brand guidelines  
  • Motion graphics and animation 
  • Develop presentation assets 
  • Photo editing & manipulation  

Requirements 
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a relevant Graphic Designer Role  
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite products including but not limited to Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier & After Effects  
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Suite  
  • High attention to detail 
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while being able to multi-task and work with cross-functional teams all while maintaining a high quality of work 
  • Resourceful, innovative, creative, and flexible 
  • Organized, accurate and deadline-oriented 
  • Friendly personality and the ability to quickly build rapport with colleagues 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Basic HTML knowledge preferred  
  • Photography experience a plus  
  • Strong desire to learn and further develop your skills  
  • Killer portfolio that showcases your expertise
