Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Design Intern role based in Colombo. The intern will support the design team in creating digital and print assets, including social media graphics, marketing materials, logos, and brand visuals. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with concept development, preparing design layouts, editing images, and ensuring all deliverables align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. The role also involves collaborating with photographers, videographers, and marketers, participating in brainstorming sessions, and updating design files and asset libraries. The intern is expected to learn quickly, take feedback constructively, and contribute fresh ideas to help elevate client campaigns.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a strong interest in digital and social media visual content.
• Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding, including the ability to translate brand values into cohesive visual identities.
• Candidates should possess skills in Image Editing, with familiarity in photo retouching and optimization for online and print use.
• Basic proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar) is strongly preferred.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to follow creative direction and meet deadlines are essential.
• Portfolio or samples of previous design work demonstrating creativity and visual sense will be an advantage.
