Penresa is looking for a Freelance Graphic Designer to join our creative and production teams, working across a variety of international editorial and design projects.

The role is primarily focused on editorial design and page layout, with a strong emphasis on Adobe InDesign. You'll be responsible for laying out and formatting text, balancing content across pages, updating images, and ensuring consistency, readability, and visual quality throughout reports, magazines, and other publications.

Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is also essential for image editing and creating graphic elements when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Design and layout editorial publications, reports, magazines, and other print materials.

Work extensively with Adobe InDesign to format text, adjust page layouts, and balance content.

Update and replace images while maintaining visual consistency and quality.

Ensure typography, spacing, alignment, and overall page composition meet editorial standards.

Make layout adjustments and revisions based on editorial feedback.

Use Photoshop and Illustrator to edit images and create graphic elements when required.

Support the team with additional graphic design tasks across different projects.

Qualifications & Skills

Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign is essential.

Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Previous experience in editorial design, magazine layout, report production, or publishing.

Minimum 4 years of professional experience in graphic design.

Strong understanding of typography, page composition, grids, and visual hierarchy.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of text and images.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Experience with WordPress and Elementor is a plus.
