Creative Graphic Designer
The role
We are looking for a creative, hands-on Graphic Designer with a strong visual eye, excellent
organizational skills, and a genuine sense of ownership. You will turn ideas and briefs into
compelling brand assets, contribute creative concepts, and manage design projects from kick-off to
final delivery.
This role combines creative thinking with day-to-day execution. You should be comfortable working
independently, prioritizing multiple requests, communicating proactively with stakeholders, and
keeping projects moving in a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Design & Brand
- Develop visual concepts and creative ideas for campaigns, product launches, and brand
initiatives.
- Translate briefs into engaging designs while maintaining a consistent and recognizable brand
identity.
- Support the implementation of our refreshed branding across digital, print, and retail touchpoints.
- Stay current with design, beauty, fashion, and social trends and bring relevant ideas to the team.
Digital, Marketing & Retail Design
- Create assets for e-commerce, paid advertising, email marketing, social media, and other digital
channels.
- Adapt campaigns for different formats, international markets, and retail partners.
- Support product launches with campaign assets, packaging adaptations, promotional material,
and product visuals.
- Deliver production-ready files that meet platform, printer, and retailer specifications.
Content, Photography & Creative Production
- Contribute to photoshoot preparation, including moodboards, references, shot lists, and creative
briefs.
- Retouch and adapt product and campaign photography; coordinate with external creative
partners when relevant.
Use AI-assisted creative tools to explore concepts, improve workflows, and produce content
efficiently.
Project Management, Organization & Ownership
- Own assigned design projects end to end: clarify briefs, define deliverables, plan work, execute,
review, and deliver on time.
- Manage several parallel projects with clear prioritization, realistic timelines, and consistent
follow-through.
- Keep project trackers, files, versions, feedback, and status updates organized and accessible to
the wider team.
- Proactively flag dependencies, bottlenecks, and changing deadlines; propose solutions rather than
waiting for instructions.
- Coordinate directly with Marketing, E-commerce, Product, and Sales to align expectations, collect
feedback, and ensure timely delivery.
- Take responsibility for quality control and accuracy, from first concept to final exported artwork.
What We’re Looking For
- Approximately 2–4 years of graphic design experience, ideally within beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or
consumer brands; exceptional portfolios with different experience levels are welcome.
- A strong portfolio showing both creative thinking and polished execution across different formats.
- Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Proven ability to plan work, manage deadlines, stay organized, and work with minimal
supervision.
- A proactive, dependable, solution-oriented attitude and the confidence to take ownership.
- Strong aesthetic sensitivity, attention to detail, and an understanding of digital marketing and
e-commerce.
- Good English communication skills and comfort collaborating across functions and markets.
- Practical experience using AI tools in creative production.
Nice to Have
- Packaging design and print production experience.
- Photography retouching, motion graphics, or basic video editing.
- Familiarity with Figma, Canva, Notion, or other project management tools.
What We Offer
- Meaningful ownership of varied creative projects within an international beauty brand.
- A hybrid working environment based in Barcelona (next to La Pedrera), with opportunities to develop your skills and responsibilities.
How to Apply
Please send your CV and portfolio, highlighting creative campaigns, brand work, and examples that
demonstrate your design approach. Shortlisted candidates may be invited to complete a brief.
