Role Description This full-time Creative Designer role is an on-site position based in Yangon. The Creative Designer will develop visual concepts and designs for web and app interfaces, marketing materials, and brand assets that align with client goals and project requirements. Daily tasks include creating graphics, refining layouts, collaborating with developers and UX designers, and ensuring consistency across digital touchpoints. The role also involves interpreting briefs, presenting design ideas, incorporating feedback, and preparing production-ready files. The Creative Designer will contribute to design best practices and support a culture of creativity and continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Creative Design and Branding to develop cohesive and impactful visual identities.
• Candidates should possess skills in Graphics and Graphic Design to create high-quality visual assets for digital and print media.
• Candidates should possess skills in Web Design to design intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and user-centered interfaces.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar) and understanding of responsive design principles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, attention to detail, and experience with digital products or interfaces.
• Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in an agency environment.
• Relevant education or training in design, visual communication, or a related field is beneficial; agency or tech/startup experience is a plus.
