Art Director

Role Description The Art Director role at Arkan Tech is a full-time, on-site position based in Amman. The Art Director will lead the visual direction for brand and product initiatives, translating business and marketing objectives into clear creative concepts. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and overseeing brand guidelines, managing design projects from brief to delivery, and supervising graphic design work for digital, web, and e-commerce assets. The role involves collaborating closely with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure consistent visual storytelling across all touchpoints. The Art Director will also review and refine creative output, provide constructive feedback to designers, and ensure all materials align with Arkan Tech’s strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Creative Direction and Art Direction skills, with experience leading visual concepts and campaigns.
• Proficiency in Branding and developing cohesive visual identities across multiple channels.
• Solid expertise in Graphics and Graphic Design, including digital and web-focused assets.
• Ability to translate complex technical or e-commerce solutions into clear, engaging visual narratives.
• Advanced skills in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent).
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in tech, e-commerce, or SaaS environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating art direction, brand development, and applied design in commercial projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and feedback skills, with the ability to guide and mentor creative team members.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
