Who You Are
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and mission-aligned In-House UX and Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity across a variety of platforms including digital, print, presentations, and web. You’ll collaborate with marketing, technology, and internal stakeholders to bring concepts to life through high-impact visual communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead UX/UI for our digital properties—MatsonMoney.com, American Dream Experience event site, and additional landing pages.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI that are simple, intentional, and conversion-driven.
- Design engaging graphics for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, email newsletters, print collateral, and internal communications.
- Create and maintain brand templates in PowerPoint and Word for internal and external use.
- Develop and iterate on brand assets, style guides, and design systems.
- Collaborate with marketing, dev, and leadership to conceptualize creative strategies and deliver design solutions aligned with business goals.
- Ensure visual consistency and brand integrity across all materials.
- Prepare final designs for production and manage print coordination when needed.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally for a high-conversion website or SaaS product.
- Proficiency in UX design principles and wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, WordPress, HubSpot, ClickFunnels).
- Experience working with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Word.
- Exceptional design portfolio that demonstrates expertise in layout, typography, color, and branding.
- An ability to move fast, take feedback, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- This is a 100% on-site position
Additional Qualifications
- Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Understanding of direct response design, CRO, event funnel flows, or investor psychology.
- Experience working in a corporate or B2B environment.
