ROLE SUMMARY
We’re looking for a versatile and creative Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This is a mid-level role for someone who’s not only strong in design fundamentals but can also bring visual storytelling to life across a range of mediums—including print, digital, video, and motion. You’ll collaborate across departments to shape the visual identity of our hospitality experiences, from restaurant menus to campaign content, from pitch decks to social ads.
If you’re fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, have a sharp eye for typography, and can come up with fresh ideas as effortlessly as you can layout a brand book, we’d love to meet you.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead day-to-day execution of creative projects, ensuring on-time and on-brand delivery
- Design for both print and digital, including menus, signage, packaging, emails, and social content
- Build visually compelling decks for sales, partnerships, and internal strategy
- Develop and evolve brand identities—from logos to lookbooks to guidelines
- Contribute original ideas and creative direction during brainstorming and concepting sessions
- Edit short-form video content and bring ideas to life through animation and motion graphics
- Maintain and update websites (Squarespace, Shopify, WordPress)
- Prepare final files for print and liaise with printers and external vendors
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage priorities, timelines, and approvals
REQUIREMENTS:
- BA/BFA in Graphic Design or related field
- 2–4 years of professional design experience (agency or in-house)
- A portfolio that shows strong design fundamentals across print and digital, as well as motion/video work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere)
- Comfortable designing for digital platforms (web, social, email) with an eye for trends and best practices
- Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills
- Familiarity with web design platforms: Squarespace, WordPress, or Shopify
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Strong communication and ability to receive and incorporate feedback
PREFERRED
- Experience with 3D modeling or rendering
- Hands-on experience creating ads or paid media campaigns
- Copywriting chops
- Illustration or drawing ability
- Basic coding knowledge (HTML/CSS)
